I'm in the middle of writing a report for tomorrow's english lesson. I started to read about the issue I thought I'm familliar with. And suddenly it hits me. I'm getting close to finishing my studies at university shockingly fast, I've been positive about the whole gender issue, we could have seen some changes over the last few years. I always thought that the situation will be improved by the day i enter this path. But I'm not so sure any more. Why is it so hard to change? What do you think? How does the situation look like in your country?

This past Friday I received the sewing die Tim Holtz, beautiful.
This work is going to present the challenge this week;

I painted the box with two main colors, charm and base color pepper over white gesso.
I sanded a lot to display the color pepper.
This case had on the cover glass box, I put a piece of cardboard on both sides of the lid.

I put a stamp of distress ink scrolls to the bottom.

this mannequin is made of cardboard, cut to die from Tim Holtz.

The dress is glued to cardboard sacking .. I cut it and stick to the base.

With birdcage die I made the skirt.

I used the Spellbinders oval seals matching maroon to detail.

A great friend of mine, Elena gave me this Christmas Divine papers to wrap put on a vintage paper with old photos ... Well, I keep this paper and is the one I used in the box of children.

As I do not like closures bring the boxes, I have an oval punch to cover the closing holes.

I die a piece of vintage wrapping paper.

As a decoration to this side I put a French stamp with black StazOn ink.

The die sewing Tim Holtz also carries a coil and a button.

I started from a box bought at Ikea

I have given a brown layer of gesso and then I past the candle at different areas.

I made a wooden dummy with

I painted with white gesso, gesso candle brown legs and neck. I

been sanded and worn effect.

I lined with foam body and I dressed in a beautiful branded web.

For the dummy edges have stuck getting a nice burlap thread.

As I do not like the hole that brought the box to open it I decided to put a handle.
I cut two oval pieces of wood .. gesso and paint them with a stamp on the edges.
In the center of the oval have ranked No. 2 with a stencil and brown ink.

With the dremel I make a hole to pass parts of the handle and the screw.

The sides of the box are stamped with an ink stamp with Archival ink arabesque coffee color.
The front of the box, I stamped with the same ink stamped letters into pieces worn.
